Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. All delivery timelines begin from the dispatch date — the date you receive your tracking number by email — not from the order or payment date. During peak periods (December, summer) add 2–4 extra business days as a buffer.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is included in the price of all products on drugs-canada.com. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay — no surprises.

Dispatch Process — When Your Order Ships

Orders paid by card

Payment confirmed in real time. Orders received and paid before 3:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday are dispatched same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Orders paid by bank transfer

Dispatched once payment clears in our account — typically 1–2 business days after transfer. The delivery timeline starts from the dispatch date, not the transfer date.

Orders paid by cryptocurrency

Dispatched once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain — typically 1–2 business days after payment. Confirmation time varies by network congestion.

Dispatch confirmation

You'll receive an email with your tracking number the moment your order is handed to the carrier. This confirms your order is on its way.

Discreet Packaging

Every order from drugs-canada.com ships with complete discretion — this applies to all customers everywhere, without exception:

  • Plain, unmarked box or envelope — no logos, no colours associated with any brand, no indication of the contents whatsoever
  • No reference to drugs-canada.com on the outside — not on the label, the sender address line or anywhere visible on the package
  • Generic sender name — the return address uses a neutral, non-identifiable name that does not reference any pharmacy, health company or product type
  • Discreet packing slip — the invoice or packing slip inside the package does not list the medication name; only a neutral product description is shown
  • Discreet billing descriptor — the charge on your credit card statement or bank account appears under a neutral commercial name. Nothing links it to drugs-canada.com or to any medication

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive your tracking number by email. Use it to check your shipment status any time on the carrier's website — available 24/7. Tracking typically updates every 12–24 hours while your package is in transit.

If your dispatch confirmation email hasn't arrived within 24 hours of expected dispatch, check your spam or junk folder first. If it's genuinely missing, contact us through the contact page with your order number.

Delivery Attempts and Missed Deliveries

  • Small orders are usually left in your mailbox or at your door without requiring a signature or anyone to be present
  • Larger orders may require a signature at the door. If you're not available, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions for pickup at a local depot or post office, or to book a redelivery
  • Act on delivery notices promptly — packages held at a depot are typically available for 5–15 business days before being returned to sender. If your package is returned, contact us to arrange a reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply)
  • Delivery address — you can ship to any address you choose: home, workplace, a P.O. Box or any other preferred location. Make sure the address is complete and accurate before confirming your order, as packages in transit cannot be redirected

Customs and Import Duties

Deliveries within Canada

No customs duties or import taxes apply to domestic Canadian shipments. Your package moves through the regular postal or courier network without customs inspection.

International deliveries (USA, Europe, etc.)

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. The customer is responsible for any such charges. We recommend checking your country's customs rules before placing an international order. drugs-canada.com cannot predict or control customs clearance decisions.

Important — package marking: Shipments are declared in accordance with applicable regulations. We cannot mark packages as "gift" or falsely declare the contents or value. Any customs declaration modifications requested by customers cannot be accommodated, as this would constitute customs fraud.

Delays and Delivery Problems

The vast majority of orders arrive within the usual timeframe. Occasional delays can occur due to postal volume, weather, public holidays or customs processing (for international orders).

  • Minor delay (1–5 additional business days): normal during peak periods or weather events. Check your tracking before contacting us — the package is often still in transit
  • No tracking updates for 5+ business days: contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier
  • Order not received within the maximum timeframe: contact us through the contact page — we'll investigate and arrange a free reshipment or refund according to our Refund Policy
